After setting up an account and playing around a lot with www.fitday.com, I bought the software. Quite impressed. Also v. shocked at the amount of fat we've been eating. Because we've been very wary of eating carbs, I realize now that our total calorie intake is heavily loaded in the fat area, even when we eat a lot of vegetables. Actually joked that the easiest way to make that part of the pie smaller was to include alcohol in our diet plan! So, really have to work on the lean protein and healthy carbs.
Anyway - the point of this was to say that I'm finding fitday very elucidating so far.
