I am using box cake mix (Duncan Hines lemon cake) and my cake rise but when cooling it deflates. I am wondering what I am doing wrong. I use an oven thermometer to make sure the oven is on the correct temp. All ingredients are used at room temperature. I also add eggs one at a time. Not sure if it the recipe i am using it calls for 1 box of cake mix 4 eggs, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of oil ( I use butter) 1 package of pudding mix, extract and 1 lemon juice, and zest. Please help!!
