One bright spot in Thursday's trip to Richmond was a stop at Ranch 99 post-dim sum. Sharp-eyed "Celery" noticed the "A Choy, 99¢/lb." sign over a pile of bagged greens. We both bought some. I sauteed mine with some chopped garlic and a dash of light soy sauce and topped with some leftover minced ham.
