I'll be in town soon and intend to enjoy pourovers at various local cafes. A choice of distinctive, single origin beans is the objective. At the top of my list are Slate, Herkimer, Victrola, and Milstead, maybe even in that order. I've been to the first two before, but not the last two. I think I had espresso drinks when I was at them, though. I realize that Milstead is the one among the quartet that doesn't roast its own. That wouldn't keep me away if I were going to be around longer, but it could be a mitigating factor this time around.
Any thoughts about that list and/or any must try places that I'm missing? Zoka?
