Cafe Sabarsky Cabaret Night?

goumandette | Oct 10, 2007 06:23 AM

I don't have the highest opinion, in general, of the combined food/entertainment bit, but I do love the Neue Gallerie, Cafe Sabarsky, and cabaret. I'm thinking of getting tickets for a Cabaret night at Cafe Sabarsky for a friends bday, but am curious if the prix-fixe that precedes the show is worth it.

Would it be better to dine at Wallse and see a show elsewhere? I know the space will make up for a little lack in cuisine, but I'm not overly eager to take a good friend out for a birthday dinner if it means limp salad and sad goulash.
