This week we went to Cafe Ponte,
Big group, 12 people,
Pros: Good attention, not too much knowledge of wines, they seem to know only the names of the expensive ones,
Had the Mushroom cream & the foie gras for appetizer and the lobster risotto for main,
Foie gras comes with a small tarte tatin and the balance was very good, the soup was good too,
The risotto lacks character, the lobster was very fresh and the morels very taste however the rice was kind of bland, not too tasty and the consistency odd,
Dessert was good (pannacota)
Is this the best (money aside) restaurant of the Tampa bay?
