We had lunch at this quasi french cafe in downtown ft pierce. it's always busy. bottom line, the food is fairly good--not great, the service was lousy and the attitude way too pretentious for the quality. sayings on the menu like: "chef david works very hard to create superb dishes with integrity. please do not ask us to change something--we simply cannot do it."
now i'm all for creative integrity and all, but i really just wanted a cup rather than a bowl of their good-not great-thai soup and that was simply out of the question.
come on. so anyway, if you're looking for something new in ft pierce and don't mind a bit of un-called for pretention, it's ok.
