Tiny enough to qualify as a hole in the wall, though brightly decorated. Very affordable and flavorful Mexican. Menu is not huge but I suspect quality over quantity was the idea. Offers a huge assortment of tequilas, though not a whole lot of beers. Friendly, competent service. I had a chicken enchilada plate with mole rojo, of which I ate literally every bite, then swiped up the last drips of sauce off the plate with my fingers. DH had a burrito (pork, I think) that was hefty and tasty--not an easily found combination around here. It's at 174 Elizabeth Street between Spring & Kenmare. It's midblock, on the east side of Elizabeth, on the basement level, and the sign is not all that easy to spot. Definitely worth the search, though. I hope they're doing a lot of takeout b/c we got there around 7 and only one other table was occupado.
