Cafe De Paris in Columbia

I took the wife there Saturday for a special dinner. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I had a Duck Salad (thin slices of duck, kiwi, and orange plus shredded cabbage) my wife the escargot. Good entrees--Lamb and Beef with sauces, desserts to die for, and an overpriced bottle of wine. It has a nice atmosphere except the view from the bright bar overlooks a parking lot. There is a deli that sells lunches and desserts to go. This cafe is a positive addition to Columbia’s retauarants.

The owner is French, and much of the staff, so I was able to do my Inspector Clousseau impersonation, much to the embarrassment of my wife.

‘Monsieur, I have a massage upon the phun!’
