Very different from the classic shore place, this Mediterranen place(open only May-October: the owner goes to Europe in the other months) is a delight. The tapas are good, and there are 14 of them. The wine list isn't bad either, with plenty of Spanish wines. And the large plates (if you have room after the tapas), with a Spanish-type bouillabaisse ("Seafood Tarragona"), the pork medallions, and a flat iron steak (hangar steak?) are fine. We didn't have room for dessert.
