Cafe 322 - Sierra Madre

It’s Italian and I was quite impressed with the food. I have gone back a few times and haven’t been disappointed.

Great sauce, not sugary or blah and their pizza crust is nice homemade dough, not greasy at all.

I have had the fettuccine w/ spinach and italian sausage in garlic and olive oil- that was a great dish, simple but really good.

I noticed they have daily specials so I tried one...oh my god...soo good. Roasted Pork Loin w/ pomegranate sauce. It came with mashed potatoes and veges, Italian style - squash sliced thin and grilled in a little bit of olive oil. crazy good.

Service is okay, a bit slow but I think with age will get better. Oh and a decent wine list with decent prices and a full bar. Moretti (Italian beer) on tap too : )

I am sure Sierra Madre isn’t a destination for all but this would we worth a trip to this little town.
