We are having an Once de Mayo party (for people who did not get their act together in time for Cinco de Mayo) and I have a wild hair about pit roasting cabrito. Can anyone recommend a good source for buying young goat? Anywhere from downtown to North County would be fine. Any and all cooking tips welcomed too!
