I love cabage rolls and mine are quite good but the process of steaming a head of cabbage and peeling the leaves off one by one is daunting.
I've heard you can pop it in a freezer for a couple of days but I don't have a freezer.
I'm wondering if I could make cabage rolls with Napa Cabbage? I live near several Asian markets and large heads of Napa are always available.
Seems to me they would be easily steamed and rolled.
Anyone tried this?
