Hope this does not come across as to ignorant. Long time hound here just needing some clarification on what seems to becoming very popular. The "BYOB" dining way in Philly. Not used to that here in Virginia.
My girlfriend and I are headed up end of June to catch Sting Sunday night and the Phils on Monday night. We have the Saturday night open to try soem local chow and it looks like Django is winning (please refer elsewhere if you are so inclined) but we noticed the BYOB. I am all for bringing a nice bottle of Staglin Cabarnet for our journey but also wanted to bring in a nice White Bourdeaux for the appetizers. Can I bring two (of course we are not driving), is there a corkage fee?

I guess any help on the "rules" for BYOB would be much appreciatted!
