Had dinner here last night with my husband and friend. They've been open only a few weeks. The food was very good and a bit unusual.
Ambiance was nice, restaurant is relatively small but pleasant with rugs to handle noise. Service is VERY accomodating.
We shared a mixed appetizer plate $11.00 (You choose) -We chose - roasted eggplant dip with grilled onion, garlic and sour yogurt, stuffed grapeleaves stuffed with vegetables, herbs and rice, a mini salad of basil, mint, radishes and calamata olives and a yogurt cheese with cucumbers. A basket of freshly made pita came with them. Main courses included a special which was excellent and consisted of roasted eggplant in a fresh tomato sauce with lentils and either lamb or chicken. We chose the the lamb. Another dish was a lamb meatball dish with a sauce of pomegranites and other spices and the 3rd entree were chicken cubes in a spinach sauce. The entrees were served with choice of soup or salad (they forgot to bring this but offered once the realized)and a plate of saffron rice. The entrees were all about 15.00 with some fish entrees in the 19.00 range.
They are open for lunch and offer kebobs, wraps and salads
We were too full for dessert but think this is a great addition to the mainline and look forward to our next visit!
