I live in the Netherlands (sorry for my English) and I'm looking for a new sautepan, I currently use the Sola 'hapjespan' 28cm / 11'' with high walls:
Sola sautepan ( https://sola.nl/product/hapjespan-met... )
I use this pan for frying onions, vegetables, minced meat, mushrooms and pasta sauces, curry's etc.
Now I would like to replace this pan for a new one without anti stick coating. I think I don't need the anti stick in my sautepan.
I am looking for a pan that has a minimum of 6mm aluminium and I think I would prefer complete cladded. But complete cladded is not a strict requirement.
Because of the price I prefer aluminium and SS lined, if the lining of copper pans is much better I can see if it's worth the price for me.
What I also like is that the inner lining, which is non anti-stick, does have a little bit of anti-stick characteristics, so it has to be easy to clean and I would like that I can toss the food easy around in the pan.
Which saute pan do you prefer me?
