I'm thinking of making an oven Kalua Pork recipe and would like to make it as authentic as possible (for doing it in the oven instead of in the ground!). Is there a good place to buy Ti Leaves in L.A. I live in the SF Valley, so if there is a Valley market of some sort that would be great.
I thought about the Flower Mart downtown, but I was wondering if the Ti Leaves from there would be organic and appropriate to use in cooking.
