so I'm going all zen and decluttering. ditched my springform pan as not necessary for the items that are regularly in my rotation. I've lived happily without it but now a request for cheesecake has reached my kitchen. so.....do I buy another or give my solid sided 9x3 round pan the job? Have any of you successfully done cheesecake without a sp?
