To buy a springform for cheesecake or not?

tweetie | Dec 11, 201803:10 PM     2

Hello all

so I'm going all zen and decluttering. ditched my springform pan as not necessary for the items that are regularly in my rotation. I've lived happily without it but now a request for cheesecake has reached my kitchen. so.....do I buy another or give my solid sided 9x3 round pan the job? Have any of you successfully done cheesecake without a sp?

thanks for helping me decide. OOOm and namaste
