I'm looking for specific cuts of beef that are considered rare or uncommonly sold and purchase in grocery stores. The specific cuts I'm looking for are flat iron steak, ribeye cap (Not from Costco because its blade tenderized), and Oyster steak (butchers tend to keep it for themselves).

I'm from Silcon Valley and in San Jose. Any supermarket in the surrounding area including Milpitas, Fremont, Hayward, Santa Clara. If you know a butcher that sells all kinds of cuts including the ones I desire, please recommend them here.
