Where to buy prime steak in Seattle

kiliki | Oct 20, 200304:07 PM

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but I'm new here and didn't see it in the archives.
The butchers in the PP Market don't carry it, Queen Anne Thriftway carries only Kobe now, so where can I buy a dry aged, prime New York Strip to cook at home? If this will be impossible to find, can you recommend any other steak that will come close? I'm told Whole Foods carries naturally raised, dry aged (though for only two weeks) steak, but I haven't tried it yet.
