Where can one buy grass fed beef in bulk? (without having to drive north to where the grass grows)

Searching the web I've found a few ranchers in northern California who sell 1/4 or 1/8 of a steer, but they are only available once a year for pickup in SoCal, (usually January) or you have to drive up there to pick up the meat.

Does anybody know of a rancher who sells in LA on a regular basis? The prices I've been given run @ 300-400 dollars for about 80lbs. of free range organic assorted cuts & ground beef(that includes butchering & wrapping charges) which is a great deal. I'd love to find the same kind of thing closer to home, without having to go to a local butcher & paying for a middleman.

Thanks for your help.

FYI the best deal I've found so far is at
www.chilenobeef.com, (they used to deliver to SoCal, but don't anymore) followed by http://www.nfrnaturalbeef.com (you can pick up from them once a year in Costa Mesa)
