Where to buy freshly stone ground organic whole wheat flour

Flexitarian | Mar 24, 2008 09:00 AM

Does anyone know where one can be freshly stone ground organic whole wheat flour in Toronto? I did see that Whole Foods offers their 365 brand Organic Whole Wheat floor but this is not fresh and is milled, not stone ground. They also carry (but they were out of stock last week), Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Flour which is also not fresh, but is stone ground, not milled.

I would think that probably only a baker would offer the type of flour I am looking for. (Also, I do know there is always the option of buying a grinder and grinding the wheat myself)
