Would you buy a crepe cake again after the novelty wore off?

stratford | May 20, 201609:50 AM     5

Lady M in Manhattan serves up a beautiful crepe cake whose multiple layers are picture perfect and fascinatingly photogenic. For those who have bought a slice, would you think it was so good that you would crave it enough, to want to buy it again? And again, and again? Or is it one of those things where it's just about the appearance, and once you get over the novelty of it all, you say to yourself, ok, 'been there, done that'. I admit I've never bought one, but I've made one before, and although it's fun to look at, a crepe, even with sweet cream layered in a pretty stack, isn't exactly something I would crave as a dessert, as opposed to say a cheesecake, which I would enjoy again and again. Your thoughts?
