Where to buy bulk canning tomatoes in NJ?

drdavidge | Apr 27, 201708:24 PM     2

Hey, my family is from Italy and we have a tradition of canning (plum) tomatoes once a year in August to make sauce for the entire year. We go through and cook / jar 15-20 bushels of tomatoes in one weekend. We used to get the tomatoes from a farm years ago, but they closed. Then we would go to Somerset Farms on rt 22 in North Plainfield, but they recently closed. Any idea where we could buy that sort of quantity of tomatoes near Union / Middlesex / Monmouth / Somerset counties? Willing to go farther if we need to, or if they deliver, even better. We've tried Corrados in the past but the family didn't like the quality of their tomatoes. Thanks.
