it is kind of late in the season, but i would like your best butternut squash soup recipe, please :)
i'm not opposed to adding cream or butter or any such thing (in fact, i'd like to)
and i like my soup to accentuate the sweetness of the squash rather than being savory.
i tried making it with chicken stock and it was too salty and overpowered the squash's flavors.
also, please advise on interesting garnishes (like nuts, herbs, etc.)
