I made cupcakes with buttermilk almost 2 weeks ago, and planned on making more tonight with the leftover ingredients. My buttermilk had separated, but when shaken, it seems extra thick. It's hard to tell, but I think the odor is stronger than before. It's TJ's brand, dated March 19.

What to do? I sure hope you all tell me to go ahead and use it, as my health isn't really up to a trip to the store but it is definitely up to snacking on some cupcakes.
