I made butter

It was strikingly easy. I have a ramekin of lightly salted that is delicous on the honey oatmeal bread I baked yesterday. And I have a ramekin of unsalted that I'm thinking of turning into a compound butter for steak. How does garlic, salt and parsley strike you?
