Butchering terminology: Chuck skirt steak?

I got some lovely skirt steak this weekend at Whole Foods. But I was puzzled by the label: Chuck skirt steak. Skirt steak is from the short plate (chest/belly), not the chuck (shoulder). So what on earth were they trying to say with this label? (I could not wait in the incredibly long line to get an answer; the steaks were prewrapped....)
