Butcher Shop, Not Feeling it

We went to butcher shop last night, and took out the stuff that's on the menu home to eat, due to parking hazards of the South End.

We had the:

Olives misto: i think the olives were cured in several batches because some were not ready to be served yet for at least a week

Charcuterie platter: prosciutto, sopressata (1 hot and 1 regular), pork pate with hazelnuts, merguez sausage. Sausage was only stand out.

Bone Marrow: Taste like Fat.

Overall, not impressed. Could have had much better selection from Formaggio. They had only 3 cheeses,it looked like only 2 pates, and just few cured meats. This is a charcuterie? where's the selection?

The bread though very good.

I think it defintely more of a wine bar feel, but the atmosphere is weird because in the back are whole pigs in the fridge.
