I am scheduling a series of business lunches in DC in April. These are with small business owners who I suspect (perhaps wrongly) aren't going to be very adventurous. At the same time, I want a high quality experience (at least for myself). In looking at other posts, if it were just me, I would pick Jaleo, or perhaps one of the Indian or Laotian options mentioned, but I don't think tapas or unusually ethnic foods would necessarily go over well with those I am scheduling with; a little adventurous would work. I would appreciate suggestions.
