I know this is a typical thread, but I had one of the best burgers I have had in NYC the other night at Spotted Pig. It was perfectly cooked MR and served on the most delicious bun ever, nicely toasted... and the "tumbleweed" fries were so addictive. The only qualm is with the roguefort(sp?) cheese, which is a little overpowering, but scraped off it leaves a nice hint of stinky cheese on the burger.
A different level than Corner Bistro but IMO leagues above.
