We're grilling burgers tonight and I'm stuck with some 80% ground beef that's been frozen and is pretty tightly packed (pressed together). Are there any tips you can give to help save this beef, so I don't end up with hockey pucks? I'd like to loosen it up a little, you know? I've played with it a bit, trying to break it up, but it's not showing great promise. Any tips to help? Add-ins? A parade? I'm open to anything.
A trip to the grocery store is not an option.
