Building a Stable of Bakeware

murray6789 | Jun 25, 200602:29 PM     1

So I'm three days into a two-year gig in Haiti, and I've quickly realized that making baked goods will not only entertain me but it will also build much-needed friendships. The problem is that while I love to cook and have a ton of cookware, I've never had a lot of interest in baking, so I don't have any bakeware. I want to order some bakeware, but I'm not sure what I need. My thoughts so far include: one or two cake pans, a pie dish, a couple of cookie sheets, a couple of Silpat thingies, something for brownies and bars, and a loaf pan. What bakeware staples am I missing?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
