Quick post to the masses - Wild Oats Miami Beach (10th and Alton)is now carrying bison ribeye steaks. I did a taste test at home last night on the grill vs. the grass fed beef ribeye, and they kicked the beef off the platter. Grilled at highest heat (marinated 30 minutes with whatever plus unsoaked smoking chips on the grill) they were superstars! Five minutes per side for medium rare. I'm now a believer. All that junk about leaner, blah, blah, blah, who cares. buffalo rocks!
