Buffalo Bound!

Heading to Buffalo for the weekend with 2 families including kids. We are from Toronto so we are exposed to a huge variety of restaurants and very varied themes.

What im looking for is somewhere for lunch that in your opinion serves up the best slab in the city. What I'm not looking for is a resto chain. We've got tons of those! Thin crust, oven baked or Chicago style, it doesn't matter. Just the best.

Lastly, I need a rec for the place, in your opinion, serves up the best beef on wheck! I hope I spelled that correctly? Ive had some good ones while down there for Bills games, but I want to introduce my gang to the best you got! We don't mind a drive. If it helps, we are staying at Salvatores. Lets see what ya got!
