Hello everyone,
I need some advice regarding Stainless steel frying pans. It will be used on an induction stove. I see a lot of recommendations of frying pans but most of them are for US market, not European. I already have a Paderno frying pan which I love, but I need another 20-24 cm frying pan. I need something in the 50-120 range (because for 180 I can already get Demeyere Proline, which is the standard). I came across couple of them, but need your experience to determine whether they're good, or not. Misen (5ply 70eur for 25cm), however, read some comments that they're more marketing than pans. I also came across Zwilling Vitality, which is affordable 70-90 eur, however, no info on reviews or thickness of the aluminum core, so not sure what I would be buying. I also came across Mäser Professional, however, haven't heard about them anything. I'd buy another Paderno, as they have a nice thick aluminum bottom, however, they're out of stock.
