My 12 y.o. daughter is a budding pastry chef. Way to advanced for cupcakes (she is attempting, with some success, anything from French macarons, creme brulee and souffles) but too you for the structured culinary program, we are looking for a situation where she can expand her skills and repertoire via a series of classes over a number of weeks this summer.
If anyone knows someone who might be interested in such an opportunity, or of a program that would meet her interest level and age level, please let me know! We so want to encourage her in this passion of hers. She is sweet, smart and fearless in the kitchen!
