Hi, guys,
Is there a "hawker version" of this dish in Singapore? or I have to go to the higher end places (e.g. hotel restaurants or Cantonese places)
And I never tried shark fins or abalones in Singapore. For my own taste, I prefer the Tewochow style (in Bangkok) over the Hong Kong style - so which one would the Singapore style closer to?
