did anyone see this article in the times and have any opinions on the recs? i for one have tried the croissant at 'a la tarte' and can tell you it sucks major donkey ass. made by someone who needed a lot of practice at croissant dough. (also tried croissant at angelique downtown recently: vaguely croissanty breadroll.)
