more bubble tea sources?

After getting a bubble tea from St. Alps on Mott St. this morning I walked across the street to buy a chinese pastry at Maria's Bakery. The three women behind the counter all chided me for paying so much for so little. They held up a cup much larger than my St. Alps cup and said it would have cost me a dollar less. However, I was not able to determine if they were referring to bubble tea.

A few minutes later, as I was busy extracting the last tapioca pearls out of my cup, I saw a man walk out of the Sanky Bakery (at Bowery and Hester) with a full cup of bubble tea.

Can anyone confirm that bubble tea is indeed being served at these two locations?
