Bua Thai Kitchen is a few months old, in the location of the short-lived Thai Noodle House. I had lunch there today and found the food very promising and the service friendly and good. I had a lunch special of Red Thai Curry with pork ($12.99). It arrived in a beautiful stacked set of silver metal containers that unfortunately the waitress unstacked before I could get a photo of it. There was a very good clear soup (with cubes of tofu), a salad tossed with a nice light dressing, the red curry, with many veggies, that was mild but very flavorful, and jasmine rice. Each of those four came in its own round silver metal container. There was way more food in the red curry and rice containers than it seemed at first (or in the photos). At the top of the lunch menu were the options for Mildly Spicy, Medium Spicy, Very Spicy, and Thai Spicy. Unfortunately those options didn't apply to the curry, but do apply to other items (I'm not clear which).
