I saw bags of this new-to-me vegetable and made them for the first time tonight. They're a cross between brussels sprouts and kale, which seems a little gimmicky, but I liked them better than either -- a new favorite.
Since I hadn't made them before, I kept it simple and just followed the directions on the bag, tossing them in olive oil (plus salt & pepper) and roasting for 10 min at 475.
Have they shown up where you are yet? I found them in the Boston area, at Wegman's. Have you done anything good with them?
