brussel sprout chips??

My dad loves the crispy leaves that are produced when leaves fall off roasted brussel sprouts. I'd love to try to replicate this for his birthday.

If I cut the sprouts in half and pull them apart- do you think I could reproduce the crispy leaves in bulk and on purpose?

It seems to be a reasonable assumption- has anyone tried this before?
