Any suggestions on a good brunch spot downtown for 12 out-of-towners? We're descending on your fair city for the holidays and want to do at least one mega-brunch.
On our last visit, we gathered at Grange Hall on Commerce St. in the West Village, which was good for our mixed group (3 generations, age 7 to 70+). This time we'd like to try a place with an equally informal vibe, but with more interesting food. (Nothing wrong with the Grange brunch, mind you, it just didn't wow anyone.)
Any and all suggestions welcome, though we prefer to eat south of 14th Street.
