I'd love some centerpiece brunch dishes that go beyond the typical strata/casserole/cheesy-eggy things that are my default centerpiece. I like to serve a nice big hunk of smoked salmon (not lox, so it doesn't need the bagel accoutrements) or sausages, and I also find success with good-quality yogurt swirled with homemade fruit purees, but I would like more fallback options.
Nontraditional is great too.
