Brunch based around an amazing homemade sourdough loaf

Would love to hear your ideas on building a brunch menu for 5 or 6 people around a very large, extremely delicious boule of homemade sourdough bread. I don't want to cook it (no bread pudding) or put lox on it (don't care for it). I also don't want to make an eggy/cheesy casserole or fritatta as a main. I'd I'm afraid that unless I develop an interesting use for it that still lets it shine, I'll wind up with a boring, typical brunch menu, with bread+nice cheese+nice jam on the side, and that would disappoint me.
