Need ideas for a family brunch (Memorial Day Monday) of 10 people. None but my hubby is adventurous. I'll have to have lox and bagels or they will disown me...what should I make that could be done ahead or the night before and cooked in the morning? I was thinking blintz souflee with strawberry sauce, and if so, what else? And if not, what in its place? I don't want to do a strata (enough with the bread already, we've got bagels) and it should be Jewish-style (no pork products). All ideas appreciated.
