How do I make brownies a bit less chocolatey?

vvv03 | Feb 14, 201601:40 PM     1

I made this brownie recipe from epicurious this weekend and they were terrific -- easy to make, perfect gooey texture. The only thing is, they are a bit too chocolatey for me. And I guess by that I mean that I am a bit more of a milk chocolate fan than a dark chocolate fan. These were just a hair too intense/bitter to be there perfect brownie for me. Don't get me wrong, we finished the tray in a day, but still, I feel like maybe one change could make my perfect brownie. I'm not a baker in the scientific sense, though, so I am worried that if I just lighten up on the cocoa and add more butter I will blow it royally. Any ideas on how to make these a little less intense on the chocolate side?http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/foo...
