If you have cooked brown rice in the Instant Pot, how long do you cook it? I will be putting in 1 cup dry brown rice + 1-1/4 cup water as per the IP website instructions, but they list the time as 22-28 minutes, which seems like a pretty broad window for a pressure cooker...
